This individual will play a pivotal role in sourcing, conducting diligence on, and executing investments, while also contributing to the operational expansion and strategic direction of PPVP. Deal Structuring & Execution : Work closely with the Managing Partner to negotiate and execute SPV‑based investments, collaborating with legal, compliance, and operational teams. Portfolio Support & Value Creation : Leverage PPVP’s network to provide strategic assistance to portfolio companies, ensuring their long‑term success. Strategic Growth & Community Development Investor Relations & LP Engagement : Strengthen relationships with our network of accredited investors by driving engagement, communications, and syndication strategies. Thought Leadership & Content Strategy : Contribute to PPVP’s public presence by authoring market insights, investment memos, and deal announcements.
