Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for all clients.

Our ideal candidate will work primarily with a diverse clientele who may be dealing with various mental health challenges. You will support individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, life transitions, and those undergoing significant medical or end-of-life decisions. Your therapeutic approach will directly impact their ability to navigate these trials through support, understanding, and resilience-building practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• An active LMFT license in good standing is essential for this role.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a therapeutic setting, with at least one year in direct client contact within the last 36 months.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of three years of experience is required, we prefer candidates who possess additional training in specialized therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or trauma-informed care. Previous experience in teletherapy settings and knowledge of mental health legislation in Washington State will also be advantageous.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 , commensurate with experience.
