Account Coordinator

Eclipse Advertising is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support our fast-paced entertainment marketing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow a career in entertainment advertising while working alongside creative, strategy, production, and client service teams on campaigns for theatrical, streaming, and television clients. Responsibilities Support Account Managers and Account Directors in the day-to-day management of entertainment marketing campaigns Coordinate project timelines, status updates, deliverables, approvals, and meeting schedules Track assets, creative feedback, client notes, and project revisions across multiple campaigns Prepare meeting agendas, recap notes, presentation materials, and project documentation Assist with routing creative assets between internal departments including Creative, Production, Strategy, and Finishing Help maintain project management systems, calendars, and workflow trackers Ensure deliverables are organized, accurate, and submitted on schedule Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams in a professional and timely manner Support campaign launches, approvals, and final delivery coordination Assist with billing coordination, purchase orders, estimates, and administrative tasks as needed Stay informed on entertainment industry trends, releases, and campaign activity Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in account management, project coordination, marketing, entertainment, agency, or related fields Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments Interest in entertainment marketing, advertising, film, television, streaming, and gaming culture Preferred Experience Previous agency, studio, or entertainment industry experience Familiarity with creative production workflows and asset management Experience using tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Workfront, or Frame.io Understanding of social, digital, print, and AV campaign processes is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
