Our organization is actively looking for a full-time board-eligible or board-certified pediatric neurosurgeon to become part of our dedicated team. Candidates must have completed a fellowship in pediatric neurosurgery.
We operate a busy practice with a team of 15 full-time neurosurgeons and a robust residency program.
About the Location
Located in Southern California, our community is recognized as the only Blue Zone in the country, promoting a family-oriented atmosphere with a strong focus on health and wellness. The organization is situated between Los Angeles and Palm Springs in the Inland Empire, at the base of the San Bernardino mountains. This prime location offers easy access to beaches, skiing, hiking, and a variety of outdoor activities. The area boasts a low cost of living and excellent educational options, both public and private. Faculty members may also qualify for federal student loan forgiveness programs.
Compensation & Benefits
The starting base salary for this position ranges from $515,000 to $650,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to the specific compensation plans of the department. Further details regarding compensation will be provided during the recruitment discussions.
