Paralegal Specializing in Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice Litigation

(Minimum of 3 years Florida Litigation experience) – Palm Beach Gardens

Successful, boutique Plaintiff’s litigation law firm in Palm Beach Gardens has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Paralegal specializing in Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice Litigation with a minimum of 3 years Florida Litigation experience.

Must be able to perform tasks including but not limited to:

·       Ability to answer Discovery;

·       Communicate with clients in a professional manner;

·       Prepare correspondence, motions and other documents using Microsoft Word;

·       Manage the calendar (schedule meetings with clients, depositions, hearings, mediations and deadlines, etc.) using Microsoft Outlook;

·       E-file: Florida E-portal (State electronic filing), and

·       Scan, copy and fax documents.

Helpful to have a working knowledge of the case management system Assembly Neos. Must have the ability to prioritize, multi-task and act independently. Candidate must be organized and hardworking with a good team attitude, good work ethic and a professional appearance.

Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice litigation: 3 years (Required)

Legal Assistant litigation: 3 years (Required)
