We are looking for a Part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions for a Contract position based in Petersburg, Virginia. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, handles a high volume of inquiries with professionalism, and keeps service records accurate and organized. The position will focus on assisting customers by phone, processing requests efficiently, and helping ensure a positive experience from initial contact through resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and professionally while providing clear, accurate information.

• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, or provide updates on customer issues.

• Enter orders and service-related information into internal systems with a high level of accuracy.

• Address customer questions, concerns, and requests by identifying needs and delivering appropriate solutions.

• Maintain complete and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and outcomes.

• Coordinate with internal teams when issues require additional support or escalation to achieve timely resolution.

• Manage multiple conversations and tasks in a fast-paced call center setting while meeting service expectations.

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is required.
• Demonstrated ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate customer information in business systems.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills when assisting a wide range of customers.
• Ability to work in a structured, high-volume setting while staying organized and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable using standard computer applications and navigating multiple systems during customer interactions.
