Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of patients to understand their unique needs and devise tailored treatment plans.

• Engage actively with trauma patients through telehealth sessions, listening to their concerns and guiding them in managing their conditions.

• Monitor and track patient progress over time, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Educate patients and their families on effective coping mechanisms for trauma and stress management.

• Collaborate with social and medical providers to ensure comprehensive care and access to additional resources.

• Implement and adhere to best practices in evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain LPCC certification and stay updated with current practices in mental health counseling.

• Recognize and address gaps in patient assessment and support, contributing to service improvements and community outreach efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals impacted by trauma, focusing on their emotional and psychological recovery journey. Our patient population may include adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges stemming from traumatic experiences. As a clinician, you will provide critical support to help your clients build resilience and navigate their emotional landscapes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or Clinical Psychology.

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) certification is required.

• Minimum of three years of direct experience working with trauma patients.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite to facilitate documentation and communication.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
