Job Description

• Has more than 5+ years of experience working on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud products and related Salesforce/AppExchange products
• Demonstrated skills in at least 4 to 5 major marketing automation transformation projects in Salesforce Domain
• Well versed with AI/Client latest trends and techniques that involve the Social, Mobile, Cloud and Web Analytics
• Should be able to play the role of SME for Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot, AppExchange products in combination with other Salesforce products
• Marketing Cloud Consultant and Developer Certifications (preferred)
• Proven Experience in providing Product Consulting, Implementation Roadmap, Program Management, Delivery Processes
• The Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Tech Lead will be a SME (Subject Matter Expert)
• The SFMC Tech Lead will Develop and implement marketing automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (aka ExactTarget) platform
• This role focuses primarily on the development of email communications leveraging Content Builders tool, HTML and CSS where necessary in partnership with our Salesforce CRM team.
• Proficiency with SFMC Content Builder tool Develop HTML emails using SFMC WYSIWYG, HTML and CSS.
• Understand industry best practices related to email development.
• Responsive/adaptive email experience. Portfolio examples a plus.
• Uses SFMC AMPScript, scripting language, to build dynamic content into HTML and proficient in working with Cloud Pages, Smart Forms, Web Collect, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Automation studio etc.
• Knowledge in Marketing cloud connector, data extensions, API integration with external systems
• Comfortably handle change requests and provide quick and efficient solutions.
• Proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of the process and the business.
• Ability to manage change in fast paced environment with campaign managers and stakeholders
• Develop and execute relevant testing strategies for operational tasks.
• Respond to and troubleshoot problems related to all HTML builds. Escalate issues as necessary.
• Experience with Audience Studio, Datorama, Evergage, Interactive Studio or Social studio a plus
• Familiarity with SQL queries and automation studio activities including extracts, queries, etc. are key
• Knowledge and experience with the Salesforce Marketing cloud connector, Marketing Cloud Data Model including data extensions and audience/contact builder
• API integration with external systems and consumption of APIs
