Respiratory Therapy Team Lead: Critical Care & NICU/PICU

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Team Leader I to manage the Advanced Float Team at Bell Hospital. You will oversee respiratory care delivery across neonatal to geriatric patients, supervise therapists and students, and ensure adherence to protocols and patient safety. The role requires an Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy, 3+ years in critical care (5+ for external candidates), and licensure including BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP, RT and NBRC. #J-18808-Ljbffr The University of Kansas Health System
