Respiratory Therapy Team Lead - Critical Care

Bell Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Team Leader for the Advanced Float Team. The role leads the respiratory care team, coordinates workload, and collaborates with physicians to deliver high-quality patient care across NICU, PICU, and ED settings. Requirements include an Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy, 3+ years in critical care for internal candidates or 5+ years for external candidates, plus BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP and NBRC RT credentials. #J-18808-Ljbffr ACHE
