What You’ll Do
- Greet patients with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
- Answer phone calls and directing them to the right team
- Schedule wellness appointments and guide patients through next steps
- Support providers and the wellness team with accuracy and urgency
- Keep the front desk polished, organized, and running smoothly
- Handle sensitive health conversations with discretion and care
- Learn our wellness services and confidently speak to them
