Front Desk Medical Receptionist - Mental Health

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Start time may vary slightly based on provider schedule)

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks with a strong possibility of extension

Greet and check in/check out patients while providing exceptional customer service.

Schedule patient appointments, follow-up visits, diagnostic testing, procedures, and surgeries using the Practice Management System.

Perform patient registration, verify demographic and insurance information, and update patient records.

High School Diploma or GED.

1–3 years of customer service or medical receptionist experience.

Experience with patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and front desk operations.

Strong knowledge of health insurance coverage, referrals, and pre-certification processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and general office equipment.

Previous Epic EMR experience.

Experience in a physician office, specialty clinic, or outpatient healthcare setting.
