Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Transcendence Counseling Solutions, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing rapport while adhering to the highest ethical standards and boundaries.

• Conducting regular therapy sessions to monitor progress, stability, and wellbeing, with appropriate planning for discharge when necessary.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and updating comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs and goals of clients.

• Documenting all client interactions, including maintaining up-to-date progress notes and detailed treatment records.
\n
• Conducting thorough intake assessments to determine the mental health needs and treatment suitability for new clients.
\n
• Participating in individual supervision sessions to ensure continuous professional development and adherence to best practices.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to optimize client care and therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintaining a positive and growth-oriented mindset, continuously seeking to enhance therapeutic practices and client experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth and adults facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance-related issues. As our clinic is rooted in community health, you will be engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds, necessitating a high level of cultural competency and empathy in all interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health, counseling, social work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• Capacity to meet internal credentialing requirements within relevant clinical service settings.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
