Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of rapport while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate progress, assess stability, and schedule follow-up appointments, including discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and oversee personalized treatment plans that reflect the individual needs and goals of clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' needs and tailor therapeutic approaches accordingly.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, adhering to best practices in mental health care.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to reflect on clinical practices and identify areas for personal and professional development.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to enhance the quality of care delivered to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working primarily with youth seeking mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
