Customer Service Rep

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Consumer Service Rep in Fremont, MI. This is a great opportunity to further your customer service skills. Responsibilities for a Consumer Services Representative include but are not limited to: Handle primarily phone-based consumer interactions while providing exceptional customer service. Resolve consumer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy. Process eCommerce transactions and support promotional programs. Provide product and nutrition information using approved company resources. Deliver personalized solutions that drive customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution. Accurately document consumer interactions using CRM systems and product information tools. Candidates for Consumer Services Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered: Previous call center, customer service, or consumer support experience. Experience using CRM systems. Experience handling customer complaints and service recovery. Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems. What's in this Consumer Services Representative position for you?
