Physical Therapy Dynamics is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team at our rehabilitation facility in Moreno Valley, California. Work Environment

Located in the heart of Moreno Valley, our rehab facility offers a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere where physical therapists work closely with fellow healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. The setting is onsite, fostering teamwork and immediate communication with physicians, occupational therapists, and the entire healthcare team. Our regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine patient needs and set measurable goals for rehabilitation.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, maintaining a manageable caseload of approximately one patient every hour, ensuring focused and attentive care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and functional training.
• Implement cost-effective therapy options that promote patient mobility while aiming to reduce reliance on medications and surgeries.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment journey, celebrating their progress and reinforcing their commitment to rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and outcomes using electronic medical record systems such as WebPT.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance patient care strategies.
• Evaluate patient outcomes regularly, adjusting treatment plans to optimize recovery progress and functional improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility caters to a varied patient demographic, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and general debilitation. We aim to empower each individual through tailored therapies that enhance their strength, flexibility, and coordination. Our therapists play a vital role in shaping patients' recovery paths, directly impacting their ability to return to daily activities and achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required. A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) is preferred.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California with no record of board disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems, ideally WebPT, to track patient progress and interventions.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated skill in administering therapeutic exercises and interventions that maximize patient outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits
