Job Summary

As a Leasing Specialist you will drive occupancy by delivering exceptional resident and prospect experiences. The ideal candidate is customer-focused sales-driven adaptable proactive and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

What You Need to Succeed

Performance and Business Drive (Get It Done)

Success in this role requires effectively managing high-volume prospect outreach tour scheduling and resident priorities. By maintaining a sales-focused mindset and a strong sense of urgency you convert leads into residents and maximize occupancy.

• Drive occupancy by conducting engaging community tours executing effective closing techniques following up with prospective residents and managing the leasing process from application through move-in.

Customer Service (Be Kind)

• Partner closely with office and service team members to deliver a seamless resident experience and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing requirements.

What Youll Bring Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum of one-year of sales experience.
• Multifamily property management experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication conflict resolution and customer service abilities.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience.

Typical Base Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00 per hour plus bonus program participation

This pay range is base pay only and does not include any additional compensation or bonuses that this position may be eligible for. The pay range is approximate and the actual pay may vary depending on related work experience certifications education and other job related factors.
