Job Details

• Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow accounts, meet and surpass sales targets.
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging your understanding of the HVAC and construction industry.
• Provide regular reports of field sales success and communicate data and trends to sales and management teams.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, account management, or a related role.
• Familiar with Boiler Plants, Chiller Plants, Data Centers, and/or modular mechanical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
• Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
• Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
