Senior Property Accountant IThe Senior Property Accountant I is responsible for performing accounting and financial reporting activities for assigned property portfolios, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company and client requirements. This role performs intermediate to advanced accounting functions, supports the monthly close process, and contributes to high-quality client service delivery.Senior Property Accountant I team members operate within a defined market(s) and/or client portfolio, supporting the Controller, Accounting Manager, and Accounting Supervisor in achieving financial and operational objectives.
