About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Development Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and leading a comprehensive, growth-oriented development program. This program is designed to expand philanthropic revenue, enhance donor engagement, and align with the organization's long-term strategic priorities. The CDO will be responsible for a range of development activities, including major and principal gifts, annual giving, foundation and corporate partnerships, planned giving, campaigns, and donor stewardship. The role demands a transformational leader who is strategic, relationship-driven, and results-oriented, with a focus on assessing and strengthening the current development operation, establishing clear goals, and building a sustainable pipeline of philanthropic support.
