About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of expanding access to pro bono financial planning for individuals in crisis or need. Key responsibilities for the CEO include championing the organization's mission, partnering with the Board to drive strategic planning, and ensuring the delivery of technical assistance and training to support pro bono financial planning programs. The CEO will also be the chief fundraiser, responsible for increasing influence, cultivating relationships, and overseeing communications to enhance the organization's visibility and impact. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years' senior management experience, preferably in a financial services association, nonprofit, or related environment. The role requires a proven track record in fundraising, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse donor and volunteer groups. The ideal candidate will be a visionary, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the financial planning sector and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative organizational culture.
