Senior Accounting Manager

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance and New Business Development, the Senior Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the commercial FP&A function for Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. - North America. This role partners with both Local and Global Finance teams to ensure a timely and accurate month-end close, integrity of financial records, health of balance sheets, and preparation of useful financial reports. It contributes to building a robust finance function to support the continued growth of the North America business. Responsibilities Develop and support the direct report to ensure high confidence in their output. Maintain the daily flow of financial information for a timely month-end and year-end close process. Ensure accurate completion of month-end close activities across general ledger and sub-ledger accounts. Conduct pre-close review meetings to highlight concerns. Ensure accuracy of income statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports. Review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure their health and accuracy. Deliver analysis, schedules, and reports for assigned responsibilities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Partner with Global Finance on intercompany transactions. Assist with internal controls and accounting policies to promote governance and accurate reporting. Coordinate internal audit processes and ensure timely delivery of audit requests. Research technical accounting issues and provide expert guidance. Support ad hoc projects as needed. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA required. 7+ years of accounting experience, Big 4 experience preferred. Extensive month-end and financial reporting experience. Motivated self-starter, adaptable to fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with advanced Excel skills. Experience with NetSuite or similar financial systems. Interest or experience in retail and beauty industries is a plus.
