Senior Accounting Manager

To support a growing AI data company, the full-time Senior Accounting Manager will manage the monthly close process, oversee licensor and partner payouts, and handle customer billing and receivables in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage contract-driven royalty and revenue-share payment cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms Own the monthly close process, including bank reconciliations and maintaining financial records in accordance with US GAAP Coordinate with external advisers for tax compliance and manage payroll and vendor onboarding processes Required qualifications 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in a startup or high-growth environment Direct experience with contract-driven financial operations such as royalties and revenue share Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue-recognition principles Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and modern finance tools, as well as strong Excel skills A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Virtual Vocations Inc
