Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will employ your expertise to:

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for couples, individuals, and families to address a wide array of mental health issues.

• Facilitate therapy sessions focusing on interpersonal dynamics and family interactions, effectively working with clients in both group and individual settings.

• Manage and address critical family challenges, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, communication difficulties, and adjustment issues surrounding separation or divorce.

• Encourage and support clients to explore their feelings, enabling them to communicate effectively and work through conflicts.

• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes for clients, utilizing electronic health record systems (EHR).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote integrated care, sharing insights and best practices in mental healthcare delivery.
