We are seeking an experienced Compliance Project Manager to lead and execute our EU AI regulatory expansion initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing compliance projects within the technology or financial sectors, with proven experience navigating complex regulatory environments, including emerging AI regulations such as the EU AI Act. Role and responsibilities Lead and manage the implementation of EU AI regulatory compliance across the organization Collaborate with legal, risk, data, and technology teams to define and execute compliance strategies Translate regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, GDPR, etc.) into actionable project plans and policies Oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution Monitor regulatory developments and update project scope as needed Coordinate with external advisors or regulators when necessary Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) as a Compliance or Regulatory Project Manager Strong knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks , including EU AI Act , GDPR , and OECD AI principles Familiarity with AI governance , risk assessment , and data protection standards Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills Nice to Have: Knowledge of BCBS 239 or similar regulatory frameworks At Talan, we invest in our employees' well-being and empower them with benefits, including: Competitive salary -The salary range for this role is US$100,000 - US$160,000 401(k) retirement plan with company matching 15 days of paid vacation per year at hire and up to 27 according to seniority (annual untaken vacation days are cashed out) 8 paid holidays + 5 sick days + 2 personal days per year
