Visit dialpad.com to learn more. About the role Position: Sr. Sales Engineer (Sales Engineering) – San Ramon, US. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Sales Engineering. Preferred working hours depend on the location of the Enterprise Sales team. What you’ll do Own product demonstrations and deliver high‑touch proof of concepts. Run demos and proof of concepts, including gathering success criteria, system configuration, admin training, user training, and troubleshooting. Learn the many technical tools the Sales Engineering team uses to test network environments. Complete a Sales Engineering Demo Certification. Partner with the Enterprise Sales team throughout the entire sales process. Provide technical closure in sales opportunities. Skills you’ll bring Technical curiosity and excitement about delivering a technology solution that delights customers and solves real business problems. Experience and expertise in UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI technologies (5‑8 years preferred). Enterprise‑level Sales Engineering experience with a SaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS company. In‑person demo experience and comfort with public speaking engagements. Experience working with C‑level and Executive‑level prospects and customers. Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python. Compensation California salary range: $171,600—$217,200 USD (base salary only).
