Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy tailored to clients' specific mental health and substance abuse needs.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to gauge client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring regular follow-up and adjustment as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Engage actively in a multi-disciplinary team, contributing insights and treatment recommendations that enhance the overall care plan for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele facing a range of challenges including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health issues. Our center is particularly focused on providing support to individuals from historically marginalized groups, including people of color and those from low-income backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• License: A current, valid license in good standing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.

• Must not have any license sanctions, suspensions, or probations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

• Previous work in a community health clinic or similar environment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
