Customer Onboarding Manager

To ensure successful customer transitions to immigration case management software, the full-time remote Customer Onboarding Manager will lead onboarding experiences, customize customer interactions, and maintain organized task management to enhance customer satisfaction and utilization of DocketWise. Key responsibilities Prepare and lead customer onboarding experiences, assessing needs and customizing approaches for maximum engagement Complete assigned tasks in an organized manner to meet project deadlines and ensure customer success during the initial 90 days post-live Utilize tools like Zoom and Salesforce to provide efficient customer service and manage interactions effectively Required qualifications BA/BS/BE degree required Exceptional customer relationship building skills Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows Strong analytical capabilities for advanced problem-solving Ability to influence decision-making and change
