Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through video conferencing platforms, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic environment.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans aligned with clients' unique goals and needs, integrating feedback and measurable outcomes to track progress.

• Assess emotional and mental health needs through thorough evaluations, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Provide timely crisis intervention when required, including risk assessments and developing safety plans for clients in distress.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, as well as organizational policies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to provide an integrated approach to client care.

• Engage in regular professional development, staying current with licensure requirements and evidence-based practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, demonstrating a solid academic foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Connecticut.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients from varying backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy in clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
