This role offers the flexibility of remote work while still being connected to a cohesive and collaborative team. With operational hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, the remote counseling position is facilitated through a secure telehealth platform, ensuring convenience for both therapists and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Design and implement custom treatment plans that align with clients' goals, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage and educate family members or significant others in the treatment process, fostering a collaborative approach to therapy.

• Build and maintain respectful and trusting relationships with clients, colleagues, and support staff to create a supportive therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid California license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Northwell Counselling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
