Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, mental health challenges, strengths, and needs.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and diverse interventions.

• Engage in collaborative practice with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that foster community and shared experiences among clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, equipping clients with effective safety strategies as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring quality care delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
