Seeking an experienced, hands-on Service Manager to oversee field repairs and service operations for commercial kitchen exhaust systems.
Responsibilities:
Oversee repairs and troubleshoot technical issues in the field.
Manage technicians and coordinate daily service operations.
Visit job sites and provide hands-on support.
Ensure quality work, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate schedules and resolve service issues.
Requirements:
Experience in commercial kitchen exhaust systems, HVAC, mechanical services, or a related field.
Strong hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills.
Experience managing field technicians or service teams.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to be hands-on and actively involved in field operations.
Compensation: $90K+ plus bonus, depending on experience.
