This role partners with cross-functional leaders to translate strategy into action, manage key business initiatives, support Digital Hub operations, and drive alignment across global and regional teams.What You'll DoLead the planning, execution, and governance of strategic Digital Commerce initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered punctually and aligned with business prioritiesManage a portfolio of cross-functional programs, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive-level reportingServe as the operational lead for Digital Hub activities, coordinating business reviews, leadership meetings, all-hands forums, and recurring operating rhythmsPartner with Digital, Marketing, Analytics, Onsite Experience, Technology, and Commercial teams to drive alignment and successful execution of central initiativesLead organizational change initiatives, including transition planning, collaborator engagement, communication strategies, and adoption efforts spanning international and local groupsFacilitate cross-functional problem solving, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and business performanceBuild executive presentations, dashboards, status reports, and communications that provide visibility into business priorities, project progress, and organizational performanceEstablish and maintain project management standards, tools, and processes that drive accountability, transparency, and execution excellencePromote a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence within the Digital Commerce organizationAnalyze business needs, assess organizational impacts, and recommend process, governance, or structural improvements that support future growth and scalabilityWhat You'll Bring to the TableBS or BA in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.At least 5+ years of solid marketing operations experience including a track record of effectively managing a budget, implementing processes, delivering projects in a fast paced environment on time and within budgetStrong process organizational change and process implementation experienceProject management experience with the ability to effectively manage time, multi-task and prioritize; operates with a sense of urgencyAbility to take initiative, work independently and prioritize tasks; strong time-management, organizational and problem-solving skillsShown leadership experience leading large cross-functional groups along with geographic teamsAdjust quickly to changing priorities and conditionsCope effectively with complexity and changeStrong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to connect with all levels of seniority in an effective and professional mannerMust have extensive experience and proficiency in Excel tools and functionalityHands-on experience working in a project management system#LI-MK1The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. We accept applications on an ongoing basis.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability, or any other classification protected by law.Title: Digital Hub Operations Manager Salary or Pay Range: $115,000 - $125,000 Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.At Crocs, Inc. we believe in the power of a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration to drive creativity and strengthen relationships.
