Managed Care Finance Analyst

Job Overview We’re looking for an Analyst, Managed Care Finance to analyze financial and health information to support business decision-making on healthcare revenue, cost, and outcomes. Monitor claims cost and identify revenue opportunities such as claims overpayment, leakage claims, and billable services. Monitor PCP and specialty cap, prepare risk pool and incentive summaries, and assist in risk pool and capitation auditing. Summarize financial results from various system reports. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of financial analysis and database reporting experience. Experience with databases and data analysis technology. SQL, EZ Cap, Cognos, or Crystal Reports experience is a plus. Compensation Salary range: $73,701.26 - $92,126.57 annually. Range subject to change. Role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
