What You'll Do

• Own the service provider partnership strategy: which CSPs, UCaaS platforms and carriers to target, in what order, and with what offer.
• Hunt for and sign new partners, from first meeting through partner agreement, and negotiate revenue share, wholesale pricing and resale rights.
• Launch each partner: enablement, catalog listing, ordering and billing setup, and a first wave of business subscribers.
• Build the three go-to-market motions with partners: attaching Revmo to business lines, listing it in the partner's catalog, and co-selling multi-location deals.
• Manage the relationship with platform partners, including Alianza, and stay aligned with their rollout timing.
• Build the partner program: tiers, partner kit, deal registration, co-marketing and partner-sourced pipeline reporting in HubSpot.
• Expand the channel over time to BPOs, contact-center platforms, resellers and technology partners.
• Represent Revmo at telecom and channel events, and become a recognized voice on AI for service providers.
• Hire and lead a partnerships team as the channel grows.
• Report partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, forecasts and partner health to leadership.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in partnerships, channel or business development, with at least 5 years building partner programs at a B2B technology company.
• Experience signing and launching partnerships with communications service providers, UCaaS, CPaaS or carrier platforms.
• A record of partner-sourced revenue you can show, not just partners signed.
• Comfort negotiating revenue share, wholesale and resale agreements.
• A hunter's mindset: you enjoy opening doors with new partners and building a channel from an early stage.
• Strong cross-functional skills with product, engineering, marketing and sales.

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships with service providers or the platforms that serve them.
• Experience with voice, contact-center, conversational AI or CX technology.
