Performance Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Manager to lead performance testing strategy, delivery, and stakeholder management across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of performance testing, NeoLoad, and monitoring , along with proven experience managing distributed/offshore teams and working directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, assess, and drive performance testing strategies across multiple projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end performance testing activities while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Identify performance risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct regular client meetings, status reviews, and progress updates.
• Gather, analyze, and document performance testing and non-functional requirements .
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and discussions to define performance goals, success criteria, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with offshore performance testing teams and provide technical guidance and direction.
• Monitor project progress, resolve delivery issues, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Support onsite client engagement at least two days per week for collaboration, governance, and business discussions.
• Drive continuous improvement in performance testing and performance engineering practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in performance testing/performance engineering.
• Strong experience in Performance Testing .
• Hands-on experience with NeoLoad .
• Strong knowledge of application/system monitoring and performance analysis.
• Experience managing performance testing projects and distributed teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent requirements gathering and analysis capabilities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
