We make perfume in‑house and hold perfumery classes. We are based in Orange County, CA. We are a small and dynamic team looking to add a new team member. Office Assistant Position We have an opening for an Office Assistant, an entry‑level role that pays $17-19 per hour. If you enjoy cologne, perfume, aromatherapy, and personal care products; if you are curious to learn how a business operates; and if you are an organized problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset, you are a good fit. You will help keep things running so we can produce the best products and service for our customers. Key Responsibilities Providing excellent service to customers Monitoring inventory of products, packaging, and office supplies using Excel Picking, packing, and shipping online retail orders Packing and shipping wholesale orders Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Regularly cleaning, organizing, and maintaining office and warehouse Assisting with perfumery projects Creating marketing materials and company literature Sending product pitches to relevant media outlets, influencers, and blogs Contributing ideas to social media and digital marketing campaigns Performing entry‑level data entry and web tasks Conducting product research and materials sourcing Assisting in planning, managing, and attending company events/trade shows (3–4 per year) Ideal Candidate Excellent writing skills Accurately packing and shipping orders Excellent organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently General interest in social media marketing (Instagram) WordPress experience a plus Travertine maintains a zero tolerance policy with corrective action related to substance abuse.
