Primary Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining files, processing documents, data entry, preparing reports and spreadsheets, handling mail, and providing general clerical support. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
Type and prepare form letters, correspondence, and other business documents.
Set up, maintain, and retrieve claim and office files as needed.
Process incoming and outgoing packets and documentation.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records within company systems.
Update and document claim files in accordance with established procedures.
Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications.
Answer and place telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
Maintain office stationery and supply inventory.
Coordinate overnight shipments, courier services, and outgoing mail.
Process returned mail and resolve unidentified mail issues.
Send and receive facsimiles and electronic communications.
Print reports, documents, and materials as required.
Education & Licensing
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of six (6) months of clerical, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
