What You'll Do: As an Accountant, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to our clients—handling their day-to-day accounting needs with precision, care, and a high level of service. You’ll be responsible for managing the financial backbone of their businesses, allowing them to focus on growth and purpose. Manage month-end and year-end close processes for multiple clients Perform bank and account reconciliations Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Maintain general ledgers and ensure accuracy of financial data Assist in preparing financial statements and customized client reports Assist clients with budgeting, cash flow analysis, and forecasting Identify opportunities to improve clients’ financial processes and systems Communicate regularly with clients to answer questions and provide insight Support CPA partners in tax prep, advisory services, and financial reviews What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in client accounting services, bookkeeping, or public accounting Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices Detail-oriented with a client-first mindset Excellent communicator, able to translate complex financial info clearly Ability to juggle multiple clients with grace and professionalism Bonus Points If You: Have experience working at a CPA firm or in a multi-client environment Are energized by helping mission-driven businesses thrive Enjoy building relationships and being part of your clients' success story #J-18808-Ljbffr Ljbcpa
