In this role, you will be at the forefront of our security operations, monitoring live and recorded camera footage to identify and respond to potential security risks. Your keen eye for detail and strong decision-making skills will be crucial as you assess suspicious activities, follow client-specific protocols, and take swift action by contacting authorities when necessary. As an Escalations Specialist, you will need to multitask across various computer programs, communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Proficiency in video monitoring software, Microsoft Office, and Google Maps is essential. This position requires the ability to remain highly focused and alert while sitting for extended periods, and you must be comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays to support our 24/7 security operation.
