This role supports the development of competitive, performance-driven, and governance-aligned compensation strategies for senior leadership, ensuring public readiness level scrutiny and regulatory compliance./ppThis position partners closely with HR leadership, Finance, Legal, and senior executives to deliver data-driven insights, compensation modeling, proxy disclosure support, and executive compensation governance best practices./ppResponsibilities/pulliSupport the design and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, equity or equity-like awards, and executive benefits/liliConduct market benchmarking/liliDevelop competitive pay analyses aligned with company growth strategy and public readiness/liliModel compensation scenarios, including performance-based outcomes/li/ululliAssist in preparing executive compensation frameworks aligned with leading market and public company best practices/liliSupport Compensation Committee materials and presentations/liliMonitor emerging trends in executive compensation, governance and incentive design/li/ululliBuild and maintain executive compensation models tied to financial performance metrics/liliConduct dilution analysis and equity burn rate modeling/liliSupport equity plan administration and share reserve forecasting/liliAnalyze pay-for-performance alignment/li/ululliEnsure executive compensation programs comply with applicable tax, legal, and regulatory requirements/liliImplement strong controls, documentation, and review processes/liliMaintain documentation and audit readiness for compensation programs/li/ululliCollaborate with Finance during budgeting and forecasting cycles/liliPartner with Legal and Finance to prepare compensation disclosures/liliPartner with brand leadership to ensure alignment across multiple operating brands/li/ulpEducation Qualifications/pulli4 Year Degree / Bachelors/li/ulpExperience Qualification/pulli4+ years progressive experience in executive compensation, total rewards, or related fields/liliExperience in complex, multi-unit, or multi-brand public-company organizations preferred/liliExperience supporting Compensation Committees preferred/li/ulpRequired Knowledge, Skills or Abilities/pulliAdvanced Excel and financial modeling expertise/liliExperience with equity administration platforms/liliFamiliarity with proxy disclosure and public company reporting requirements/liliStrong analytical and quantitative capabilities/liliAbility to interpret financial statements and performance metrics/liliHigh business acumen and understanding of performance-based compensation/liliStrong executive presence and ability to work with senior leadership/liliDiscretion and ability to manage highly confidential information/liliDetail-oriented with strong governance mindset/liliAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment/li/ulpInspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,000 Arbys, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin, Jimmy Johns, and SONIC restaurants worldwide.
