Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state (or eligibility for Indiana licensure)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting, especially with K-12 students, strongly preferred

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educational staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students with diverse abilities and needs, per their individualized education plans
• Perform student evaluations, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement strategies for student success
• Promote safe, inclusive participation in the school environment through movement and adaptive equipment recommendations
