Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) licensure in the state of Indiana
• Previous experience or strong interest in working within a school or academic environment
• Ability to create and adapt therapy interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and support staff
• Organized, self-motivated, and committed to student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized physical therapy sessions for one student on a weekly basis
• Develop and update goals based on ongoing assessments and student progress
• Collaborate with teaching teams, families, and other allied professionals to maximize student outcomes
• Document treatment, maintain proper records, and participate in any required meetings (virtually or in person, as needed)
• Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that helps the student achieve their fullest potential within the school environment
