Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist licensure in Indiana
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Knowledge of K-12 developmental and physical needs
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Commitment to a student-centered, inclusive approach

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ physical therapy needs within the school environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to support students’ educational goals
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families for optimal student outcomes
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and legal standards
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for specialized plans
• Offer consultation and guidance to educational teams regarding mobility, accessibility, and adaptive equipment
