Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity working with students K-12 for the entire 2026-2027 school year. This part-time position is structured for three days per week, supporting a manageable caseload of approximately 25 students. Your expertise as a Physical Therapist in a school-based setting will make a lasting difference in developing students’ physical abilities and helping them achieve their educational goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience serving school-aged children (K-12) in an educational setting
• Solid understanding of IEPs and ability to document progress in alignment with educational standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with fellow therapists, educators, and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with varying physical needs
• Deliver direct PT services in accordance with students' IEPs
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to student development
• Educate school staff and families on strategies for supporting mobility and independence throughout the school day
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports
• Attend relevant meetings and contribute insights to support student success
