Synergy Companies is privileged to be a trusted partner with the utilities that get to deliver these No-cost products and services directly to the customer.Qualifications:Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields preferredfamiliarity with HVAC wiring diagramsability to handle physical workloadstrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsHigh school graduate or equivalentEPA certification (required)Understanding of roles, regulations, and codesability to climb, stoop, balance, Crouch, and/ or kneel continuallyResponsibilities:install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systemsInspect and perform equipment repairs and replacementsPerform routine preventative maintenanceRespond to emergency maintenance requestadhere to all safety policies and procedurestest and sealing of ducting systemsprovide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete task on timeBenefits:40 hours of vacation eligible after one year of employmentMedical insuranceDental insuranceOptical insurance401K after one year of employmentphone allowance5 days paid sick time
