Litigation Associate (Post-Clerkship)

Responsibilities and Qualifications Fenwick & West is seeking current federal judicial clerks with one to three years of experience to join our Litigation practice group after clerking. This is an outstanding opportunity for early‑career litigators to work alongside leading lawyers on complex, precedent‑setting matters for some of the world’s most innovative technology and life sciences companies. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling a diverse docket spanning intellectual property disputes, securities and regulatory enforcement matters, and high‑value general commercial litigation. Associates at Fenwick are given meaningful substantive responsibility from day one. We require that the candidate be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or be eligible to sit or waive into the next bar exam. Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $225,000 – $390,000. Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
