Accounts Payable Specialist
Irving area client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a contract basis for the next 3-4 months. Keys:
- Manage AP inbox
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Handle short pays
- Process invoices (includes royalty invoices)
- Handle 1099s and perform check runs
- Process POS and expense invoices
- Must be comfortable in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables)
- AP reporting
- Microsoft Dynamics preferred but not required
