Work Environment\n

The LCSW will operate within a collaborative and dynamic remote setting, where personal engagement with clients and interdisciplinary team members is paramount. While the primary work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, flexibility is essential, as occasional evening or weekend hours may be needed to accommodate client schedules or emerging needs. The successful candidate will also participate in on-call rotations to provide urgent support when necessary.

• Provide counseling and emotional support to clients and their families to help them navigate various life transitions and challenges effectively.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including nurses, caregivers, and other social workers to enhance overall client care and outcomes.

• Conduct regular visits to clients, monitor their well-being, assess their living conditions, and proactively address any potential safety concerns.

• Facilitate constructive communication and conflict resolution among family members to support cohesive care for the senior client.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to $100,000 per year, reflecting qualifications and experience.
