Operations Director

- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, Administrative Management, International Relations, or Enterprise Management are preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in HR, administrative management, public affairs, general management, or corporate operations, including at least 5 years of team management experience.
- Must possess overseas work experience, or practical experience supporting overseas business, factories, or subsidiaries from a domestic headquarters or regional headquarters.
- Experience with overseas manufacturing plants, Chinese enterprise overseas expansion projects, overseas production base construction, or localized operations management is preferred.
- Experience working in Europe, or experience managing European business operations, teams, and external relations, is preferred.
- Proficiency in English as a working language. 1. Oversee HR management for the Hungary base: Responsible for establishing and optimizing HR systems—including organizational structure, recruitment and staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, talent pipeline building, and localized team management—to meet HR needs during the factory's construction, ramp-up, and mass production phases.
- Oversee administrative logistics and comprehensive base support: Manage office administration, dormitories, fleet services, the canteen, security, fixed assets, employee services, vendor management, and daily operational support; ensure efficient allocation of administrative resources and support stable working and living conditions for employees.
- Oversee visas, expatriate management, and compliance: Manage visas, residence permits, work permits, entry arrangements, renewals, employment compliance, and government liaison for Chinese expatriates and other foreign staff; coordinate with legal counsel, immigration authorities, government agencies, and third-party service providers to mitigate management risks associated with expatriate personnel.
- Oversee public relations, government relations, labor union relations, and major risk management: Maintain relationships with local government, industrial parks, chambers of commerce, industry associations, the community, media, labor unions, and employee representatives; establish stable internal and external communication mechanisms; and handle union communications, collective bargaining, employee grievances, public opinion risks, and crisis management.
